Activities

The activities that shape who I am. Team sports, music, and immersive learning experiences have taught me lessons that textbooks never could.

One-Person Band

Music is an expression beyond language, allowing me to find endless strength between the soul and reality. It’s such a joy that a group of people with the same passion for music come together to create, practice, and perform. For me, creating music is an expression of my emotions. I explore a variety of expressions, from regular band to one person band.

I perform one-person band to experience the music as a whole, and it was amazing. I love this way of expressing myself.

Bard College-Summer Program

Spent nine days at Bard's Humanities and Arts program in Dali, Yunnan — exploring philosophy, literature, and creative expression against the backdrop of one of China's most culturally rich regions.

I performed on stage to feel the flow, interviewed individuals, close to the nature, and kept a reflective journal. I discovered that the best education happens when you're slightly uncomfortable.

Playing frisbee with teammates

Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee taught me that leadership isn't about being the loudest voice-it's about being in the right place and taking the right action, supporting each other as a crew. On the field, I learned trust, spatial awareness, supporting, accountability and the psychology of team flow.

Playing Ultimate Frisbee with my teammates was a great pleasure and relaxation after school.
